Here's what you will need to know:
Please choose the appropriate link, In State or Out of State.
* Deadline for all registration forms and payment is due on May 17, 2025. Absolutely no refunds after May 24, 2025.
* Each assembly will coordinate the process of filling out each person's In State Grand Assembly Registration Form.
* Those who have GRAND ASSEMBLY credits, PLEASE consult with the Mother Advisor and put it in the "OFFICIAL GRAND ASSEMBLY CREDIT" option.
* If calculations or payment are incorrect, you will be notified of the change needed.
ALL registrations for IN-State are closed.

Remember the Basics: Hotel Rules
* Members are reminded that they are not allowed out of the hotel without a female adult advisor and that they must have another girl with them at all times. Girls going to the pool must wear an appropriate cover and footwear.
* In case of emergency we will all meet in the north parking lot to the right as you enter the hotel property.
* Remember that you represent the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls and people will form opinions based on your conduct. Please make it a good one!
* Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the hotel buildings. Please confine smoking to outside locations more than 100 feet from hotel entrance.

Friday:
* 3:00 pm Registration opens
* 7:00 pm Informal opening, introductions, greetings from fraternal Dignitaries
* 9:30 pm Friday evening snack and activity (Rainbow Casual)
Saturday
* 7 - 8 am Buffet Breakfast (Rainbow casual)
* 9:00 am Formal opening, Initiation, Memorial Service, Majority, Greetings, Ritualistic Closing
* 12:00 pm Luncheon
* 1:30 pm Grand Cross of Color Degree (GGC members only)
* 5:00 pm Doors open for the Banquet in the Plaza Ballroom (formal)
* 5:15 pm Head Table Introduced
* 5:30 pm Banquet (formal) followed by activity from 8-10:30 pm (Rainbow casual)
Sunday:
* 7 - 8 pm Buffet Breakfast (Rainbow casual)
* 9:00 am Devotional (formal)
* 9:30 am Installation of 2025-2026 Grand Officers
