The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls (IORG) has prepared girls for responsible and purposeful adulthood for 100 years through character and leadership development. The formation of tomorrow’s leaders requires acceptance and respect for the worth and dignity of individuals and their unique viewpoints. Maturing into meaningful adulthood involves relationships with a variety of people from different backgrounds.
