Dear Friend,

Thank you for your interest in the Grand Assembly of Rhode Island, International Order of the Rainbow for Girls (IORG).

I have experienced personally some of the benefits of IORG:  lifelong friends, speaking skills, and confidence.  My experience in IORG as a girl taught me how to plan events, and I can now plan and execute events efficiently and successfully.  When my daughter joined IORG, I experienced the added benefit of a common mother-daughter bond which has strengthened our relationship.

I would encourage you to attend our public events to become more familiar with what IORG is all about – ritualistic installation of officers, fun events like dances and hayrides, and service and charity fundraisers.

If your daughter joins, I would encourage you to become active and attend meetings and events with her.  The rewards to both of you will be magnified.

If you have additional questions or would like to be put in contact with one of our local assemblies, feel free to contact me at rhodeislandiorg@gmail.com.

Sincerely,

Deborah Therrien
